10 october 2025 we had the honor of bringing the voice of Dream Big to the Milan Mental Health Week
Together with my colleague Yoamin, founder of the association@lamyaparteWe presented our work from a community perspective: not only as experts, but above all as VOCs - Community Volunteers, because we believe that change comes from listening and being close.
At the heart of our presentation was a clear message: collaboration between different institutions is the key to achieving concrete results. Only by combining skills, perspectives, and resources can we truly make a difference.
Dream Big was present to share its voice and vision on the role of sport and psychoeducation as tools for inclusion and mental well-being for migrants and asylum seekers.

We deeply believe that movement, play, and awareness are powerful bridges to mental health and dignity. Because caring for the mind also involves caring for the body, relationships, and togetherness.
Hoping that our participation will give us the opportunity to engage with experts, activists, and professionals in the field, to jointly build care and community pathways that put people and their real needs at the center, we want to thank the City of Milan for this opportunity.
Thank you to everyone who made this space for dialogue and sharing possible.
