Founded in 2024 by a refugee, DREAM BIG uses sports to promote social inclusion, combat discrimination, and enhance physical and mental well-being. Our goal is to create safe and inclusive opportunities, especially for marginalized communities and individuals from migrant backgrounds.

Our mission includes inclusive tournaments, diversity training, community partnerships, and advocacy for mental health. Dream Big is where asylum seekers, refugees, and migrants find hope and belonging through sports.

Mrs Benedetta

Dream Big For Inclusion & antiracism

Social impact through sports

Benedetta is a Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in the fields of protection, gender-based violence and migration. Holding a master in migration and development from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London, Benedetta has experience working with people on the move and women in particularly vulnerable conditions in the Middle East and Europe. Currently engaged in projects focused on the prevention, protection, and support of girls and women affected by harmful practices or who have survived gender-based violence. A strong believer in change and community-based protection, Benedetta has joined Dream Big for Inclusion and Antiracism to explore new ways in which communities can become change makers and foster wellbeing and a shared sense of protection.
